I have officially dubbed 8 quart pot my chili pot! Perfect for big-batch whatever! I love this thing. It's got a hammered finish on the outside with a gun-metal color. Looks way more expensive than it actually is - and I do realize this is somewhat expensive. You can get other pots for cheaper, I get that. But this one is HEAVY DUTY! It's thick, it heats evenly with no hot spots. And again, it's frickin' huge!It cleans really easily too - either by hand or in the dishwasher. I have not experienced any stickage whatsoever with this line of pots. And yes, I typically hand wash my pots and pans, but just to see how it holds up, I have thrown this in the dishwasher and absolutely no problems. The outside color does not come off or chip or fade.If you're in the market for a new pot, give this one a shot. You won't regret it. I would stand this 8 quart stockpot up against my All-Clad 8 quart pot all day. (Psst: The All-Clad is in the 300.00s!!!). Yes, it's that good. Now that’s a pot!I love cooking with it! Can’t wait to buy my frying panI love this pan. I was cooking spaghetti sauce in it the other day, starting at high heat. Walked away and later realize in a panic I had not turned the heat down to simmer. I expected a burned mess. Nope. It was in Great shape, I gave it a stir and turned down the heat. I stood in front of the stove in awe of this pan.It is amazing .Its okay not worth the price and lid gets super hot bad designTrès bon chaudron de bonne qualité pour de nombreuses année.
