These are fine but to be honest they're quite a bit larger than I anticipated. The first photo shows my hand on top of one, with my palm in one corner and I do not have small hands. They might be good to put hot things on rather than get something out of the oven. If I use them to grab a pie or casserole, I'm likely to dip into the food with these. They're fine for grabbing a pot where the contents isn't near the brim.Other than that, they seem about as sturdy as a potholder should be and they washed fine with no color bleeding. These photos were taken after they've been washed.I liked everything about them and I have tried many pot holders, but these I can use easilyI love these pot holders. They are thick. Washable. And heat resistant. One time I had to use 2 pot holders in each had. They are as advertised. I will definitely will buy these again.Well made and a good 8x8 inch size. Has thick terry cloth on one side and durable cotton on the other. Do well with grabbing hot pans without heat coming through. I think they will wash well when I do it. Good purchase. These are a little thicker than I like (arthritis), but they looked really good on my table. I use them most often as trivets and got a set to give out for Christmas. One thing, the quilted part is more ecru than white, but worth what I paid for them!!I like the size of them. They do protect your hand from the heat of a pan.Not top of the line, just regular pot holders. They stain easily.I love that they were available in black! Sturdy, too.My wife didn’t like the colour. This is a non returnable item.
