I should preface this by noting that this is my first wooden tray (prior one is ceramic) so the flaw could be common on most plastic resevoirs. The little nozzle that screws into the resevoir doesnt have a tight seal at first and will drip, no matter how tight you tighten it. There is a rubber washer that fits in between, but it doesnt really work as a gasket. I just used super glue, since i dont really see why it would ever need to be removed, and it works great. The pump and tubes that come with fit around the nozzle, so thats not a problem if i ever decide to use that.Other than that the tray is fantastic. It has plenty of room, and I can easily fit three vessels and three pitchers, as well as two tea pets. I am very happy with this tray so far, and I like the design. As with all trays, it will have an odor at first from whatever they finish it with, but it goes away. The tray is good for the price, and it seemed really good the first couple weeks I used it. I make tea using this tray almost every day. After a few weeks though, I started to notice some leaking where the drainage hose attaches and I haven't been able to fix it so far. I recommend if you get this tray, to either fix the leak issue or put something else below the tray to handle any possible leaks. I got this tray realizing it was cheap, so I;m not surprised that there was an issue like this.I'm actually using this to catch the water that drips from the dishes sitting in my bamboo dish rack. It does a great job doing that. It's very nice looking with a quality finish and if you serve tea the traditional Chinese way, it will be a nice conversation piece.Good quality and pretty patternsUpdate: very useful, great quality, great size and easy to clean , been using it for awhile now, love it.I just received haven’t use it yet, but from the packaging and materials, happy with the purchase, very smooth surface, hopefully the quality is good enough to use for a while! It looks good for making Kung fu tea with a few friends!
